DESIGN
Our relationship with you starts with listening to your initial ideas and getting a feel for what you are hoping to achieve.
From this concept, whether it’s traditional or contemporary or somewhere in between, we will use our knowledge and skills to bring your ideas to life on our design software system so that you can really start to see what your bathroom will look like.
We will give you a design solution that develops your ideas into something unique for you.
This is the time to start exploring the products available including tile choices that will really personalise your bathroom.
Bathrooms are so much more than just the sanitary ware and once you have chosen your suite, you can add details such as brassware, cabinets and tiling.
Then we will explore bespoke options for the finishing touches of lighting and mirrors that will turn your bathroom from being a practical room to somewhere truly special.
CONSULTANCY
PLANNING
At the planning stage we are really fine tuning what your bathroom will look like.
For example, we’ll put all of your chosen cabinet, sanitary ware, brassware and tiles together to make sure that they give you the look you are desire and have set out to achieve.
We’ll also check at this stage on how the bathroom will support you and your needs in terms of functionality. We will also check your current heating, water and electric systems to ensure they will support your bathroom design.
Our suppliers are all leaders in their respective fields and only offer a quality range of products, including bespoke items to ensure that your bathroom or tiles are the best available to you and your budget.
We know how they work and how the supply chains work so we can ensure the maximum support is available for you.
SUPPLY
INSTALLATION
All our installations are carried out by highly skilled and qualified installers.
We will fully project manage the installation from start to finish and ensure that everything is completed to the highest standard so that you may be assured of the quality and longevity of your bathroom.
Once the installation is complete we have your bathroom professionally cleaned until it gleams before giving you, typically, a two year guarantee. But that’s not the end of our relationship.
Should any little niggle arise as you enjoy your new bathroom, we will be available to address the issue and get things back to just how you want them to be.
